Scope of after-sales service:
Our company's after-sales service scope includes comprehensive services led by equipment installation guidance, debugging guidance, trial operation, repair and maintenance, customer training, etc., aiming to provide customers with a comprehensive product guarantee.
Service Commitment:
If there are quality issues with the product during installation or operation, we guarantee to provide a response within 1 hour after receiving user information. If personnel need to be dispatched to solve them, we ensure that personnel are present within 12-24 hours, and ensure that quality issues are not resolved and service personnel do not evacuate.
Implement a lifetime warranty for our company's products. During the warranty period (warranty period: 12 months), if there is any damage caused by the quality of our company's equipment, we will be responsible for replacing it free of charge.
